Industrial park of Maroslele

We are looking for interested investors and entrepreneurs who

The development of the industrial area is funded by the European Union and the Government of Hungary. (project nr: TOP-1.1.1.-15- )

Based on the economic structure of the area of Maroslele and the need to produce high-value, exportable food products, a high-tech cold store was built financed by the project. Serving infrastructure suitable for sectional storage and fast logistics operations is also available in the cold store.

The goal of Maroslele is to provide an economical, entrepreneurial environment for businesses that are here or are considering setting up a business to support their development. To do this, we would like to keep in touch with the stakeholders and participate in the development of active entrepreneurial cooperation.

We consider it is essential for local businesses to be seen as partners in the local government and to ask any questions they may have, asking them for help and information first.

We believe that there are opportunities on the ground and the entrepreneurs that build the future are among us.

In the outskirts of Maroslele Municipality, 300 meters from it, there are about 7.5 hectares where it is planned to provide premises for five companies.

The property is directly connected to the M43 motorway exit nr. 24 with its solid road access.
